Castodia Support

Practical routes for technical support, account access, privacy enquiries and responsible security reporting.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

How to get help

For technical help, account issues, feedback or feature requests, contact support@castodia.co.uk. Include your organisation, the affected Castodia product and a clear description of the issue. Do not email care records, passwords or other sensitive information.

Account and login problems

Your organisation normally manages user access and permissions. Contact your manager or system administrator first for invitations, role changes, locked accounts or access to a person’s records. Castodia will never ask for your password.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions contact privacy@castodia.co.uk. To request access, correction, deletion or another data-protection right, use our Data Requests page so your request reaches the right organisation.

Security concerns

Report a suspected vulnerability or security incident promptly to support@castodia.co.uk. Do not include confidential care information in the initial message. We will provide a secure route if further evidence is needed.

Emergencies and care decisions

Castodia is not an emergency service and cannot provide clinical or care advice. If somebody is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical assistance, follow your organisation’s emergency procedures and contact the appropriate emergency service.
